You will find all the necessary information to make the most of your stay: details about the services available on-site, activities offered, practical tips to make your daily life easier, as well as useful contacts in case you need assistance.

1-Practical Information

→ I am looking for gluten-free meals?
We are sorry, but since gluten is a protein found in cereals such as wheat, barley, and rye, and therefore in foods like bread, pasta, pastries, and many other products, we cannot guarantee gluten-free meals in our clubs.
→ What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in and check-out times depend on the duration of your stay and the period:

Weekly stays and short weekday stays (up to 4 nights):

o Check-in: between 5 PM and 7 PM (8 PM on Saturdays)

o Check-out: before 10 AM.

Weekend stays (up to 4 nights) outside school holidays, enjoy flexible hours:

o Check-in from 3 PM on Saturdays and public holidays, or during long weekends

o Check-out before 12 PM from your accommodation and before 6 PM from your club on Sundays and public holidays,

o Enjoy the club facilities until 6 PM!

Weekend stays during school holidays:

o Check-in between 5 PM and 8 PM

o Check-out before 10 AM

→ Is it possible to host guests during my stay?
If you wish to host guests during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request. You must request this directly on-site, with the reception team. Your guests will be welcome once you have received approval.
If your guests wish to sleep over, an additional fee will be required. However, you must obtain the site's approval in advance. The reception team will ensure that the total number of people does not exceed the authorized capacity for your accommodation. The safety of all is our priority. If necessary, the site will offer a room to your guests, depending on availability.
→ Is there a security deposit or tourist tax?
A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival at the Belambra site. You can pay this by cheque or credit card. The amount is not debited. It will be refunded to you upon departure, less any deductions for damage identified during the check-out inspection.

The tourist tax must be paid directly at the Belambra site that welcomes you. The tax is per person, per night. Persons under the age of 18 are exempt. The tax amount varies from €0.20 to €4. The municipalities set the rate based on the type of accommodation. This tax helps finance expenses related to tourism and the protection of their tourist natural spaces.


2-My Invoice

→ How can I get an invoice for my stay?
The invoice will be available in your "My Account" space one day after your arrival.
If the document is not available, we recommend contacting us at 01 46 10 13 14* (*local call) from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The invoice serves as proof of payment for the total amount of your stay.
Prices are quoted including all taxes (TTC).
The invoice does not show the amount of the tourist tax paid upon arrival at the Belambra site. This will be issued separately when you pay the tax at the club.
→ What are the administration fees?
The administration fees cover the creation and management of your stay, from confirmation to the issuance of the invoice. The cost does not depend on the number of people, but on the number of nights reserved (stay up to 3 nights: €20, stay of 4 nights or more: €40).

The administration fees are payable when you make your reservation. If you wish to add options after your booking, you will not have to pay them again.
The amount of the administration fees will be shown separately when you click the "Rates and Bookings" button.
→ Are the prices quoted before or after tax?
Our prices are quoted including all taxes (TTC), and they are displayed as such on our website www.belambra.fr and in our brochures. Prices for the stay, selected options, administration fees, or multi-risk insurance are always quoted including all taxes.
The TTC price will also appear clearly on your booking confirmation, as well as on the invoice which will be available one week after your stay.
→ Can you modify the information on my invoice?

We are sorry, but our invoices are contractual documents that cannot be modified. Belambra's paid invoices comply with the new accounting standards. While they may appear complex, they are in line with fiscal and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, our stays are sold as packages, and the services (accommodation, meals, entertainment, etc.) cannot be separated. We are unable to provide a detailed breakdown of the services included in these packages.

→ My paid invoice is difficult to read, can you simplify it?

Belambra invoices comply with new billing standards (2024 Finance Bill regarding mandatory electronic invoicing). Invoices must detail different VAT rates for each line of service, which may make reading more complicated.

We therefore recommend referring to your booking confirmation, a summary document, where all services and corresponding rates are listed.
