In your personal account, you will find all the necessary information to manage and organize your tasks: details about your logins and logouts, practical tips for using your services, as well as important information to follow after using your account.

My Account

→ How do I log in to my personal account?
To log in to your personal account, click on the My Personal Account link, or on the icon located at the top right of all pages on the www.belambra.fr site.

You can then enter your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password. We will send you an email from which you can create a new one.
During the pre-checking process, a credit card fingerprint is required.
→ How do I update my personal information?
To update your personal information, you can:

1- Modify your personal data through your customer account.
2- Send us an email at resaindividuals.dc@belambra.fr, clearly indicating your name and postal address for identification.
3- Call us at 01 77 70 91 50* (*local call rate), Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 19:30.
→ Where can I find my booking history?
You can find your booking history by logging in through:

- Your Personal Account
- Manage My Stay.
→ How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
If you are already a customer, you can subscribe via your customer account to receive our promotional offers, good deals, new products, and reservation opening dates.

If you are not yet a customer, we invite you to go to the bottom of our homepage, where you can sign up for the newsletter.
→ My booking does not appear in my personal account?
If your booking does not appear in your personal account, we recommend that you:

Find your booking through the Manage My Stay section, by entering your booking reference and the email address you provided during your booking.

Call us at 01 46 10 13 14* (*local call rate), Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 19:30.
→ How does my personal account work?
Your personal account has 3 different sections:

Dashboard:
This section highlights general information:
- promotional offers available to you,
- the link to the FAQ (answers to the most frequently asked questions!),
- the phone number to contact us if you have any questions about your booking.

2. Reservations and Options Section:

This section allows you to:
- access information about your stay: booking reference, room type, meal plan, price, payment terms, etc.,
- confirm your stay if you have placed an option,
- generate the payment for the balance of your stay if you haven’t chosen automatic payment,
- access various documents like:
- confirmation of your stay,
You will also find the history of your bookings in this section.

4. My Personal Info Section:
This section allows you to modify:
• Your email address and password
• The number and profile of participants in your upcoming stay.

→ I didn't receive the email with my new password
If you don't receive the activation email for your account or new password, first check your spam folder.

If it's not there, we recommend you generate a new password yourself:
