Simple, quick and secure methods of payment for your holiday.

To guarantee your security and ensure the best possible level of confidentiality, your bank card number and all of the information entered in the various forms are automatically encrypted. Bank card


When you book, simply give the number of your bank card, its expiry date and the last 3 digits printed on the back of the card to settle your deposit or the outstanding balance for your holiday.

Registration fees


At the time of your booking, you will be required to pay registration fees. These are €39 for stays of 4 nights and over, and €15 for stays up to 3 nights.

Before you leave


Booking documents

Print the voucher to present at reception.
If Belambra Clubs is providing transport, please make sure you are there at the stated departure time.


Check-in times 

Accommodation is available from 5 pm onwards. Full and half board packages include dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.


Early arrival

If you arrive early, you will be met at reception and invited to come back at 5 pm. You can leave your luggage in the luggage store.


Late arrival (after 8 pm)

Please inform reception whenever possible. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome message indicating your apartment number and the location of your keys.


Security deposit

You will be asked for a security deposit at the start of your holiday.
Please bring a cheque book to pay it.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, minus any compensation payable, backed by invoices, for any damage noted during the pre-departure inventory carried out in your presence. Retention of the deposit does not exclude any additional compensation if the repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit.


Visitors' tax: 

Please allow approximately €5 per person for visitors' tax The Club collects the tax and pays it to the local authorities.


Compulsory formalities for pets

Pets are permitted at participating self-catering residences where indicated on the destination information sheet. You must ensure that health and safety rules are respected and other residents are not disturbed. Your pet must have an ID tattoo, be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record, and must not be taken into the communal areas.

Services included


  • Belambra Clubs: beds made prior to arrival, towels supplied and cleaning on departure included. For holidays lasting 2 weeks or more, opt for the mid-holiday service, which includes: beds remade, towels changed, cleaning (service provided every intervening weekend)
  • Hotel: beds made and rooms cleaned every day, towels provided and changed on request.
  • Belambra Selection Club: towels provided and changed mid-week For holidays lasting 2 weeks or more: beds made, towels changed, cleaning (these services are renewed every intervening weekend).

Self-catering option:

  • Belambra Clubs: sheets are provided.
  • Residence: sheets are provided. You can also choose the Service Plus.
  • Belambra Selection Club: in Premium accommodation: beds made prior to arrival, towels provided and cleaning on departure included (not including kitchenette and washing up).


At some self-catering Clubs, you can pay for extra services on site. Save yourself the bother of shopping!


Surprise guests

Please speak in advance to reception where you are staying to ensure that your guest can be accommodated. Payment must be made directly on site.



To guarantee complete peace of mind on your holiday, you can now benefit from insurance services at competitive prices offered by our partner insurance company.


Check-out times

You must vacate your accommodation by 10 am on Saturday.

For weekends and short breaks ending on a Sunday or public holiday, vacate your accommodation by 2 pm and stay to enjoy the Club's facilities until 5 pm.
