To guarantee your security and ensure the best possible level of confidentiality, your bank card number and all of the information entered in the various forms are automatically encrypted. You can check that the pages you are visiting are secure by verifying that their addresses start with https: (instead of http: for the rest of the site).
When you book, simply give the number of your bank card, its expiry date and the last 3 digits printed on the back of the card to settle your deposit or the outstanding balance for your holiday.

At the time of your booking, you will be required to pay registration fees. These are €39 for stays of 4 nights and over, and €15 for stays up to 3 nights.

Before you leave
Print the voucher to present at reception.
Accommodation is available from 5 pm onwards. Full and half board packages include dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.
If you arrive early, you will be met at reception and invited to come back at 5 pm. You can leave your luggage in the luggage store.
Late arrival (after 8 pm)
Please inform reception whenever possible. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome message indicating your apartment number and the location of your keys.
You will be asked for a security deposit at the start of your holiday.
Please allow approximately €5 per person for visitors' tax The Club collects the tax and pays it to the local authorities.
Compulsory formalities for pets
Pets are permitted at participating self-catering residences where indicated on the destination information sheet. You must ensure that health and safety rules are respected and other residents are not disturbed. Your pet must have an ID tattoo, be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record, and must not be taken into the communal areas.
At some self-catering Clubs, you can pay for extra services on site. Save yourself the bother of shopping!
Please speak in advance to reception where you are staying to ensure that your guest can be accommodated. Payment must be made directly on site.
