Book your Christmas holiday with confidence. If the snow is not there, Belambra will refund you. 

1 / The Snow Cancellation Guarantee is a guarantee offered for any reservation made between 17/10/23 and 15/11/2023 for any mountain stay made before January 6, 2024.

This guarantee allows the cancellation of your stay, as soon as the reservation was made directly with Belambra via the website www.belambra.com, or at the telephone reservation center.

Subject to compliance with the above conditions, you may request a cancellation of stay in case of a defect or excess of snow, provided that the following cumulative conditions are met:

  • The lack or excess of snow in resorts located at more than 1,000 meters altitude for stays from 2 nights.
  • By default or excess snow: the closure of more than 2/3 of the ski slopes normally in service at the place of your stay, within five days before your departure.
  • The cancellation request must be made within 5 days before departure to Belambra at the email address: src.dc@belambra.fr
  • The application fee is non-refundable
