How do I choose a holiday  on your site?

You can search by theme (“baby friendly”, “family”, “couple”)…or search by geographic region by clicking on the map of France or the list of regions, or search by “Find a Club”. The list of results can be filtered by additional criteria in order to find the right Club for you.

Book your holiday directly on Belambra.com or by calling one of our advisers on 00 33 1 77 70 91 50  from Monday to Saturday, 8.30 am to 7.30 pm ( International rates apply)



How do I confirm my booking

Your booking is confirmed as soon as your payment is received. Payment must be made within 48 hours of the time of your booking. For departures in more than 30 days: A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay (tax included) plus all booking fees and insurance is required. 30 days from departure: Payment of the total cost of the holiday (tax included) plus all booking fees and insurance is required.

 

 

What are my paiement options

Pay with total peace of mind: your credit card number as well as any information you enter into the online forms are automatically encrypted. You can verify you are on secure pages by checking that the address begins with https: (instead of http: for the rest of the site).

For all payments made by cheque or voucher, send them with your booking number to the following address: Belambra Clubs, Service Règlements - 63 avenue du Général Leclerc - TSA 30001 - 92340 Bourg-la-Reine Cedex - France.

 

 

Optional Insurance

So you can leave on holiday with total peace of mind, we offer optional “multi-risk” insurance when you book.

 

 

How much are the booking fees

For each booking, Belambra Clubs charges a booking fee. For a stay of 4 nights or more: 31€, for up to 3 nights:15€.

 

 

I am eligible for a reduction thanks to a partner code from my works council. When I make my booking on your web site, where do I enter the code ?

To take advantage of partner benefits or special offers throughout the year, go to “my pro account” [or “partner connection]”. To obtain your login and password, contact your works council.

 

 

I saw a that a special deal is currently being offered on the holiday I booked. But the reduction does not appear on my contract.

To receive your reduction, please contact one of our advisers by email (click on « contact » on our web site) with your booking number, e.g. 123456/s16. Please be aware that promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively.

 

 

Knowing that availability is limited, I would like to book my holiday now. But online booking is not yet open. What should I do?

To make an early booking, please contact one of our advisers on 00 33 1 77 70 91 50 (International rates apply) from Monday to Saturday, 8.30 am to 7.30 pm. We will take your request into account and send your booking information as soon as reservations are open.

 

 

I booked a stay by telephone a few days ago. I would like to know if you received my deposit cheque but I cannot find my booking on your site.

Once your booking is made, you can consult the details by clicking on “my account”. Please provide your booking number (e.g. 123456/S16) and the email address used when booking.

 

 

When I received the details of my booking by email, I realized I made an error when choosing my accommodation. How do I amend my booking ?

Please contact the Club directly about one month before your stay. You will find the contact numbers on the Club’s presentation page on the Belambra web site. Subject to availability, the Club will do its best to satisfy your request.

 

 

I would like to add someone to my booking. How do I proceed?

To amend your booking, please contact our advisers by email (click on “contact”). In order to avoid any confusion, please be as clear as possible in your message by providing the first and last names of the person(s) to add, as well as their birthdate(s). Please specify your booking number.

 

 

I’m a vegetarian. Will there be suitable meal options for me if I book a half board stay?
